COVID-19 Precautions and Policies
Due to COVID-19 and the new Delta variant, we are taking the necessary precautions to keep our packaging sanitized and clean, only using suppliers who are taking this disease serious, and making sure we do not accept certain items touching personal areas back for refund or exchange.
Bodily fluids can easily get on swimsuits, bras, panties, stockings, and lingerie items. Those items may not be returned for any reason. It is your responsibility to look at our sizing chart pages to be sure items fit. Once these items have been tried on or removed from their protective packaging, they are immediately disqualified from returns.
Shirts, pants, dresses, and jewelry may be returned in unworn condition with the tags STILL attached the way they were straight from the suppliers. No exceptions.
Our employees do wear masks and plastic gloves to handle all items while be packaged and shipped until further notice. Because of the seriousness of COVID-19, we are currently not allowing any visits to our warehouses for pickup. This may change in the near future.
We, however, do not force vaccinations on our employees. It is their choice to get vaccinated. Temperatures are checked daily. Hand sanitizers are provided at the door and each employee has sanitizer at their workstations. Each workstation is wiped down at the beginning and end of each shift. Our entire facility has been cleaned and sanitized from the ceiling to the floor and is repeated twice per month.
