- ***Due to covid-19, our return policies are very strict. This is to protect the safety, health and well-being of our customers. ***
- We will accept all authorized returns
- All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 7 days of receiving the merchandise except the items in the paragraphs below. Some items cannot be returned because they touch private areas. Lingerie, undergarments such as bras and panties, swimsuits, girdles, and anything else that may touch a private area. Shoes are not refundable and neither are leather items. No exceptions. Because of the intimate nature of some of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange intimate products. Holiday items are NON-REFUNDABLE. Defective does not include wrong sizes. Defective does not include the customer tearing an item because they ordered the wrong size. All items are inspected by more than one inspector before being shipped to ensure the quality of our products. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Even shoes and boots. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
- *****It is your responsibility to check the sizing charts before ordering anything that comes in contact with intimate areas, costumes, AND footwear.*****
- Once approved, we will send you an RMA#. You are responsible for returning the item. For clothing only. **Leather items are excluded completely.**
- Just print your label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.
- You will have 7 days to send the item back for full refund once you receive the return label. This return label does not include postage.
- Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance minus restocking fee and original shipping, back to your account.
- Please note: return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only. These do not include the postage.
- There will be a restocking fee for wrong size orders and items you return because you just don't like it. We have a size chart page and it is your responsibility to check the size chart for all items. The restocking fee is 50%.
- ITEMS MUST BE IN UNUSED, UNWORN CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL TAGS.
- There will be a restocking fee for returns that are not defective. This restocking fee is 50%.

- Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return.
- There is a 50% restock charge for anything returned to us by the postal service from your refusal to get the item from the USPS after attempted delivery.
- Original Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE! No exceptions.
