Shipping Information


When Will My Order Ship?

We ship from multiple vendors and therefore your order can take up to 5 Business days to process (not including weekends and holidays). Then you have to account for the company that does the physical shipping. Most orders ship in 7 business days.
Certain items may be shipped separately and have different delivery times. Please allow sufficient processing and transit time for event orders.

For orders coming from our International suppliers, it an take up to 30 days to receive your item. Please wait a full 30 days before calling.

Where Does My Order Ship From?

Our suppliers are all over the world. While we try to stick with United States companies, sometimes the items will come from China and other countries.

Back Orders

We do not accept back orders, if an item purchased is out of stock, your order will be adjusted and you will receive a confirmation email with your adjusted order total promptly.

Address Changes, Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders

In order to provide excellent service and expedient order processing, we do not accept order changes or cancellations.
If an error has occurred in your order and you notify us immediately we will attempt to assist in correcting the error.
After the order has left the pending queue we cannot assist in any way and orders must be returned as per our Return Policy.

If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued less return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Free Drop Shipping

We do not charge any additional fee for drop shipping to your recipient (regular shipping rates apply).
Fill out your address that matches the applicable credit card as the billing information and your package recipient’s address as the ship to information.
The email address you furnished us with when ordering will receive a shipment notification including the package tracking number.

Shipping to the Contiguous United States

Shoppin’ With Me offers table rate shipping rates (including insurance) to the Contiguous United States via UPS Ground Service.

Important UPS Shipping Information
UPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Items / orders weighing less than 10 pounds may ship UPS SurePost to be delivered by the United States Postal Service.
Please allow an additional day for Post Office tendering.

 Return Policy

All returns are subject to a restocking fee. You may only return an item after contacting us and receiving an RMA number. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt. If you return a product without an RMA, it will be refused. The return item must be received no later than 7 days after you receive an RMA number. You must also include your order number. You may not return worn garments. You may not return any lingerie or bathing suits. You may not return makeup. Buyer pays for return shipping.
